Working with Liz
A lot of potential clients ask what is it like working with me and I always say it depends. EGD Consulting is not a one-size-fits-all consulting firm and at its core, I am to be low ego. At it’s most simple working with me is low-ego with open-communication. Below are a few questions that I get asked frequently.
How frequently do we communicate? Do you join staff meetings?
It depends! I work with you and your organization to find a structure that works for both of us. This can look like joining weekly calls, giving weekly updates via email with calls only as needed, joining your teams Slack workspace or something different or a combination.
Do you have standard Recommendations?
No! My most specific recommendation is that we find a solution that works for you. I am not part of your team long-term, so a solution that fits me, might not be a solution that fits your team. I am an expert in my work and I understand you are an expert in yours - we work together to find a solution that meets both of our expertise. I work with you to develop a solution that is practical and makes sense to you.
Do you have Specific vendors you work with?
I have worked with a variety of vendors but I do not have any contracts that dictate which vendors I work with or which vendors I recommend.
What if EGD Consulting isn’t a good fit for my organization?
Whether we discover that we are not a good fit in our exploration call or after we have been working together, I am happy to connect you to fellow consultants and organizations that I think might be able to support your team.
